Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it following the guidelines below.
Eligibility Window

Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Unworn and Unused: The item must be in its original, brand-new condition.
• Original Packaging and Tags: The item must have all original tags, labels, and any protective packaging attached.
• No Damage: The item must be free of any stains, deodorant marks, odors (including perfume or smoke), or any other signs of wear or washing.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears to have been worn, used, or damaged in a way that makes it unsellable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or Discounted.
• Gift cards.
• Any item where the product description explicitly states "Final Sale."
Return Process and Shipping Costs
How to Initiate a Return

Shipping Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return transit.
• The original shipping charges paid on your order are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund.
• Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
• Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the item for the refund to appear on your statement
